Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Formii", "we"). By creating an account or using Formii you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Formii.

1. Who can use Formii

You must be at least 18 years old. You must give your real date of birth when asked. We may close accounts that we believe belong to someone under 18.

2. What Formii is

Formii lets you build and talk to an AI companion. Your companion is software. It is not a person, and what it says is generated automatically. It is designed to have opinions and to disagree with you. Its replies can be wrong, and you should not rely on them as fact.

3. What Formii is not

• It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional.
• It is not a crisis service. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services, or in the US call or text 988. Our safety features are automated and may not recognise every situation.
• It is not, today, a dating or introduction service. Matching features are planned and will have their own terms.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@formii.app if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Using Formii fairly

You agree not to:

• use Formii if you are under 18, or help someone under 18 use it;
• try to make a companion produce sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal;
• send photos that are sexually explicit, that show anyone under 18 in a sexual way, or that you have no right to share;
• attempt to extract, copy or reverse engineer the instructions and systems behind the companions;
• use automated tools to send messages or collect data, or interfere with the service or its limits;
• resell access to Formii or use it to build a competing product.

6. What you write

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run Formii for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Using your conversations to shape your match profile happens only if you turn that option on.

7. What we own

The Formii name, design, software and the systems that shape the companions belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

8. Plans, limits and payment

Formii is free with a daily message limit, currently 30 messages. Limits may change. Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay. [LAWYER: add auto-renewal, refund and app-store purchase terms before paid plans launch.]

9. Changes and availability

We are still building Formii. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Your companion's behaviour may change as we improve it.

10. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

11. Disclaimers
